Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: when you send the contact form, your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you are interested in, your message and the language of the site.
• Information sent with the form: the page you sent it from, the website that referred you, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), your IP address and your browser type. We use these to prevent spam and to understand which channels bring enquiries.
• Cookies for analytics and advertising: Google Analytics (cookies named _ga) measures how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel (cookies named _fbp and _fbc) measures our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you send the form, we store the Google Analytics and Meta identifiers from these cookies with your enquiry.
• WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we see what you send us there.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
• To manage our relationship with you, for example notes about calls and the status of your request.
• To measure and improve our website, content and advertising.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

• Meta (Conversions API): when you send the form, we tell Meta that an enquiry happened so it can measure our ads. Your phone number, email and name are hashed (SHA-256) before they are sent, so Meta receives coded values rather than the text, together with your IP address, browser type and the Meta cookie identifiers.
• Google: Google Analytics receives information about your visit.
• Hosting providers: the servers and cloud storage that run our website and our internal dashboard.
• AI writing tools: we use AI services (through OpenRouter) to help draft articles and posts. They receive only totals, such as the number of enquiries per service, and never names, phone numbers, emails or messages.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. Our Facebook Page and Meta app

Our Meta app is used only by QABAS TEK staff to manage our own Facebook Page: to read our Page's posts and their statistics (views, reactions, and the number of comments and shares) and to publish posts we have written.

The app does not offer Facebook Login and does not collect personal information about people who view or interact with our Page. We see only totals.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to maintain our business relationship, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Data deletion below). Google and Meta keep analytics and advertising data according to their own retention settings.

6. Your choices and rights

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

7. Data deletion

To delete your information, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" (or message us on WhatsApp) and include the phone number or email address you used. We will delete your enquiry and any notes about it from our systems within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Our Meta app does not use Facebook Login, so we hold no Facebook account data about you. To remove information that Meta holds, use your Facebook settings.

8. Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Our dashboard is limited to authorised staff with personal accounts and roles, and passwords and access keys are stored only in hashed form.

9. Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top.
